contributed by Ms. Analisa Bugeja, class teacher year 3.2
The year 3.2 students started off the year by igniting their senses as they wandered around the beautiful Piscopo Gardens for their first ever outing in such a brightening environment. Besides learning and seeing the magnificent different plants and trees that one may find around us, the students also saw the different animals that such a place hosts including Pongo, the toucan, Thabo and Thulani, the meerkats and the other different types of budgies, pigeons, and doves. The students were also given the opportunity to plant their own seeds in a pot and to take it home with them to observe the growth of such seeds. One can truly say that it was truly a memorable outing for all the students.
