This new system ensures that students from all houses are being represented on the Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started off the year with an engaging team-building activity where we were divided into two&nbsp; equally- sized groups. Each group was given spaghetti and marshmallows and with the latter resources students had to build the highest standing structure. Through this activity, we had the opportunity to meet and get to know each other better. Such an activity helped us to understand the importance of working together as a team throughout the whole scholastic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the main activities we organised in the first weeks included the selling of muffins and a casual day organised as part of the Pink October campaign. This activity was held in collaboration with SemFun and the Primary School animation team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we are once again participating in two projects coordinated by \u2018<em>A\u0121enzija \u017bg\u0127a\u017cag\u0127<\/em>\u2019.&nbsp; While the Junior student council team is participating &nbsp;in the Democracy Awards, the Senior team have embarked on the Young Parliamentarians programme.&nbsp; We already had the pleasure to have two interesting sessions led by Ms Rita Briffa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking forward to organise more activities.
