During\nour Science lessons in the first term we focus on ourselves, our body and\ndifferent parts of the body, senses, etc. In one particular lesson, we focused\non the parts of the face and their function. \nIn order to consolidate this, we decided to use Art, specifically\nPicasso faces.  We introduced the boys to\nPicasso and showed them some of the faces painted by this famous artist. The\nchildren could point at different parts of the face and noticed that these\nparts looked as if they were cut out from different faces and pasted to create\na new picture.  Then it was the boys\u2019\nturn to experiment with this idea.  The\nboys tried to make the best use of space and colour. They did come up with some\nvery nice pictures! Well done boys!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
