Year 4 students look forward to English\ngrammar lessons, as they learn grammar in a fun way by putting into practice\nthe grammar point introduced during that particular lesson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The first grammar topic done in year 4 is putting words into alphabetical\norder. After going through the alphabet and explaining how words are listed in\nalphabetical order, students were divided into groups. Each group was given a\nset of wooden pegs, with words written on them and they put them in order, by\nclipping them on to a coloured paper. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"928\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored-1024x928.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1272\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored-1024x928.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored-300x272.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored-768x696.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored-298x270.jpg 298w, https:\/\/www.maltaseminary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Pic-2_censored.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">When doing the second topic, \u2018Articles\u2019, students were given a set of word\ncards with an article and a noun. Subsequently, students created their own\nstory in groups, using as many cards as possible and they also used adjectives\nto make their writing more interesting. Finally, they shared their story with\nthe rest of the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u2018<em>Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I\nremember.
