Team spirit, team commitment and determination are the basis of a team. Our house, Year 9- Azzopardi, showed this\nduring the first match we had against Year 9 – Wojtila. We believed in ourselves and\nshowed great team spirit, which is the feeling of pride and loyalty that exists among the members of\na team and that makes them want their team to do\nwell and to be\nthe best, helping us score 2 goals. None of our \nplayers seemed angry\nwhen the captain\ntold them that they were not going to play. Students from other houses and from our own\nhouse, even those who are not interested in football, together with our mentor,\ncame to support the team. We also showed great sportsmanship by playing\nfairly and by helping our opponents accept\ndefeat in the same way we would have accepted it if we had lost.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
contributed by Zacharias Micallef Ghigo and Paul Agius, House 9A At the start of every scholastic year, the houses are already planning who would be participating in the Football League.
